The buyers of Marbella property

The Marbella market present a real mix of nationalities, British (20%), Spanish (30%) German (15%), Irish (14%) as well as dutch, Scandinaves and Russians. In 2006 prices were seen to stabilise. The average price for a well located apartment is between € 500,000 to € 700.000, depending on the facilities of the development and qualities and approximately € 2,7 million for a nice family villa. The Engel & Völkers office on the Golden Mile is now seeing an increased demand from their clients for high quality property in prime locations with sea views and luxurious amenities. The demand for beachside property exceeds supply.
