Often, after-sales service has become a synonym for the sale of sets of furniture. We would, of course, be pleased to help you find the right interior decorations for your new home, but at Engel & Völkers we offer more than that with our after-sales service. We are aware of the difficulties that can occur in everyday life due to language barriers, such as finding the right schools, the right lawyer, insurance expert or simply finding a good tradesman. Official procedures such as changing electricity, water, gas and telephone suppliers can become a huge challenge. If you have bought for investment purposes, we would be pleased to put you in contact with our rental department or, together with respected architects, advise you on possible reconstruction work in order to optimise the yield from the sale of your property.
