Bargain Property on the Costa del Sol
It seems that the real estate market on the Costa del Sol is reacting to the increasing demand of price reduced properties. As we could read in the recently published market study of the Spanish BBVA Bank, to sell the actual stock of properties in Spain the prices should decrease about 30% in total counted from the period of peak prices to the end of next year, being estimated the price decrease for 2010 about 8%.
